Salary & Wages
With the Co - ordination of employers , IMM has been a law abiding establishment following strictly the minimum wages fixed by the government and the revision of D.A. applicable every year wherever the employment is covered under the schedule of employment by the labour and Employment department, Government of Tamilnadu and in other industries the wages as fixed by the Company concerned.

Each Area Manager along with unit Supervisor conducts meeting with our employees on a regular basis to maintain the work flow. For the communication we are offering mobile facility and vehicle to the employees. We are providing Uniform, Photo ID card and Safety Shoe completely abiding with safety and welfare procedures .
Terms & Conditions
IMM will enter into contract for one year. any increase in the minimum wages, Dearness Allowance, ESI, PF or any statutory obligations will have to be borne by the principal Employer. Payments for Bonus, National and Festival holidays & annual Leave with wages to be made by the Principal Employer. All the statutory compliance towards ESI , PF , Inspector of Factories and Service tax will be carried out by us . Incase of accidents to out contract workmen, First Aid to be given by the company and then after , we will take care of the injured. Any facility extended to our staff and workmen while on duty can be on charges at mutually agreed rate. Bills will be submitted on or before 3rd of every month for regular payment to be effected latest by 7th. Incase of termination of Contract, the prior notice has to be given on either side.
